NETELLER has announced that it will be making changes to its loyalty program. We’ve covered the changes, and Here’s a quick overview of what the upcoming changes will look like:
- 1. VIP requirements will be assessed on a quarterly basis, not annually as they are now. Instead, it will be done on a three-month basis.
- 2. Platinum VIP will no longer be part of the Neteller VIP scheme.
The old Neteller VIP levels will run until November 16; after that, new VIP levels will apply.
New NETELLER VIP Levels and targets
Neteller’s tiers are similar to most payment services that want to entice users to make transfers. They are a form of incentives that reward you more and more generously as you reach certain levels. If you are interested in getting better terms, you should definitely study this topic. Perhaps the biggest news is the VIP assessment period. Neteller currently renews users annually who have reached the required transaction amount. From mid-November, this will take place on a quarterly basis.
Quarters are the calendar quarters in which Neteller account users must reach the VIP upgrade threshold.
First quarter: January 1 – March 31
Second quarter: April 1 – June 30
Third quarter: July 1 – September 30
Fourth quarter: October 1 – December 31
The new rules dictate that all users will be rated based on their transactional activity in the previous quarter. This will determine if you can continue to use your Neteller VIP account and, if so, at what level. If you want to upgrade to a higher level in accordance with the new rules, you need to track your transfers between October 1 and November 15. The next day, you will either get a higher status or a lower one, depending on your activity.
New Neteller VIP Levels and Transaction Requirements
Neteller changes VIP levels and benefits. Platinum will no longer be available, but regular Neteller accounts will have the option to upgrade to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Exclusive Level. Each level is associated with unique perks, and their value increases as you climb. For example, Neteller Silver offers a conversion commission of 3.19%, while Diamond offers a much lower percentage of 1.29%.
As you may have noticed, Neteller is removing the Platinum VIP. Instead, NETELLER introduces Diamond and Exclusive VIP levels.
Although the Diamond tier existed prior to the change, it will be changed soon. What used to be a diamond is now called exclusive, and what was previously platinum will now be called a diamond.
Once you reach the required transaction volume for the next tier, you will automatically be promoted. This will qualify you for the benefits listed for your current level.
